DRA Sandbox Terms
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Corgenta DRA Sandbox. They are an agreement between you, or the organisation you represent, and Corgenta Ltd (company number 04788104). You accept them by ticking the box on the DRA Sandbox request form. We record the version you accepted and the date and time.
2. What the DRA Sandbox is
The DRA Sandbox is a free, time-limited way to evaluate Corgenta Detailed Risk Assessment (DRA) at demo.corgenta.com. It is for evaluation only, not for live assessments. We review every request and may decline any request without giving a reason.
3. What you get
- Access for 14 days from the day we activate it.
- One user, plus one reviewer/approver seat. The reviewer seat can review and approve but cannot author.
- Three sample projects to explore the full workflow. You cannot create your own project.
4. Use sample or made-up data only
Do not enter real system, plant, network, customer or personal data, other than your own login details. If you do, we may delete it and end your access. You are responsible for any real data you enter.
5. Demonstration output
Reports produced in the DRA Sandbox are marked “Demonstration — sample data, not for operational use”. They are not a risk assessment and you must not rely on them. The customer-owned structured export is not available in the DRA Sandbox.
6. Acceptable use
- Use the DRA Sandbox lawfully and only to evaluate Corgenta DRA.
- Do not share your login, or let anyone else use your access.
- Do not test, probe or attack the security of the DRA Sandbox without our written permission.
- Do not copy, reverse engineer or use the DRA Sandbox to build a competing product.
- Do not publish screenshots or content from the DRA Sandbox, or extract content with automated tools, without our written permission.
7. Our rights
Corgenta owns the DRA Sandbox, the software and the sample content. If you give us feedback, we may use it to improve our products without any obligation to you.
8. When access ends
Access ends automatically after 14 days. We may end it earlier if you break these terms or if we withdraw the DRA Sandbox. We delete DRA Sandbox content 14 days after access ends. DRA Sandbox content does not carry over to a paid licence.
9. No warranty and limits on liability
The DRA Sandbox is free and provided “as is”, without any warranty. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the DRA Sandbox. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms. New versions apply to new requests, and the version you accepted stays on record. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Contact: legal@corgenta.com.
